Terms and Conditions for Agape's Healing, LLC
Please read thought each statement and ensure you agree and can abide by them.
Expectations During Sessions
- Openness
Openness is necessary for any deep work to happen (regardless of the service provided). You agree to be open to the processes of any service received. - Heart-Centered
Both services require a heart-centered approach from all involved. You agree to attend sessions from a place that is heart-centered and to undertake this work with serious intent. - Comfort and Safety
All involved have a right to feel safe and comfortable during the sessions. The following behaviors will result in an immediate termination of the session with no refund and Agape's Healing reserves the right to decline further sessions:- abusive (physically or verbally) behavior toward staff.
- coming to the session under the influence of alcohol and/or any illegal substance
- language or behavior that is deemed as an immediate or potential threat to your safety, the safety of Agape's Healing staff, or the safety of others
- Initiation of any sort of sexual language, behavior, or misconduct
- Proper Environment
Agape's Healing and clients agree that sessions will occur in a proper environment, free from distractions (ie: Phones left in another room or set to silent, not conferencing from a bar or pub, other members of the household are not interrupting the session, etc.). All parties agree to remain fully clothed during sessions.
General Terms
- Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Agape’s Healing’s website, services, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not access or use this website or services. - Services Provided
Agape’s Healing provides spiritual direction and healing touch services. The specific details of each service are outlined on the Services page. Additional terms may apply to specific services. - Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled through the embedded cal.com calendar. Please review the scheduling process and policies on the services page, as well as cal.com. - Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment is expected at time of booking. There are no refunds under any circumstances. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session. If availability allows, the full session will be held. Cancelled appointments may be rescheduled at discretion and availability of staff. No Shows will not be rescheduled and there are no refunds. - Disclaimer of Liability
Agape’s Healing provides spiritual direction and healing touch services. Staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Any health concerns should be addressed with a qualified medical practitioner. Any insights or opinions offered should be discussed with your healthcare provider prior to implementing. By using these services, you understand that the services provided are not a replacement for medical or psychological care and that any information provided is not prescriptive or diagnostic in nature and is for educational purposes only. - Intellectual Property
All content on Agape’s Healing’s website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Agape’s Healing, LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska, USA. - Changes to Terms

Additional Terms
Non-Discrimination Policy
Staff of Agape's Healing treat all people equally and with respect. We do not discriminate based off of race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, disability, political affiliation, marital status, age, etc.
Special Notice:
The State of Nebraska requires any person who has a reason to believe that a child has been abused or neglected, to report it to the proper authorities or channels. While state laws concerning reporting elder abuse exclude clergy, all staff of Agape's Healing are encouraged to report abuse to the proper authorities or channels.
Informed Consent
At time of payment, you will have to verify that you read these Terms, Informed Consent, and the Privacy Policies. If you are requesting sessions for a minor, an animal, or plant, there are additional terms and consents listed with those individual services.
- Healing Touch is a light, gentle, energetic touch on or near the body. You will be fully clothed or draped appropriately if used during medical procedures and will be in a comfortable position in an appropriate space of my choosing (as described in the TOS). Energy Therapy assists in balancing my physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well being, supporting my natural ability to self-heal.
- Since sessions are held virtually, you understand that no physical touch will occur, though it is possible, that it could feel like someone is touching you as the practitioner works with your biofield.
- Research suggests that there are many possible benefits in receiving Healing Touch, including reducing stress, calming anxiety, decreasing pain, creating a sense of well-being, strengthening the immune system, enhancing recovery from surgery, deepening a spiritual connection and more. Individual experiences will vary.
- Healing Touch supports medical care and is not intended to replace appropriate medical intervention or therapy.
- My Healing Touch Practitioner recommends that I be under the care of a qualified medical provider for any health problems and that I inform them that I am receiving Healing Touch.
- My Healing Touch Practitioner will operate within their scope of practice. (This varies according to their training or licensure: e.g. Registered Nurse, Counselor, Massage Therapist, Medical Doctor, Chaplain, or Spiritual Director.
- My Healing Touch Practitioner will conduct his/her practice according to accepted standards and ethics as approved by Healing Touch International.
- My Healing Touch Practitioner has made no specific claims regarding results that I may receive from Healing Touch sessions
- I have been given an opportunity to clarify any questions I may have about Healing Touch
